SHYE. is a singer-songwriter from South London. Her sound is a trap soul/neo-soul fusion, influenced by the likes of Bryson Tiller, Summer Walker, H.E.R, PartyNextDoor and Tiffany Gouché.

She comes from a musical family and has been around many music professionals from a young age. Her father, Patrick Donegan, a British Reggae producer, introduced her to many Lovers Rock and Reggae artists, such as Tippa Irie, Luciano and Janet Kay. SHYE fell in love with the songwriting and recording process while watching these artists; it encouraged her to write her first song at ten years old. She has progressed as a featured artist and background vocalist on songs We Good by Kairo-Cause, This is Real by Dipz, Been On Mine by REALO and I Don't Wanna by MONSS and co-wrote with JL and Beaupierre.

SHYE, unapologetically brings her true self to her music, incorporating her core values of mental health advocacy, individuality and sexuality. She has a refined sound showcasing her soft and raspy vocal tone, bringing to mind the nostalgic sound of the late 2010s mixed with 90s R&B.
